New IPN Features: Updated Dashboard Providing a More Personal Experience

You spoke and we listened! The Intuit PaymentNetwork Team is excited to announce IPN’s new look and new features to help our merchants save time and stay organized, which includes a sleek new dashboard view to improve navigation and organization. We know that time is money, and ease of navigation is especially critical when searching through payment histories.

New features on the dashboard speed up the process. Now users can benefit from:

  • A view of all sent and received open requests, making tracking open requests quicker and more thorough.
  • Open requests now organized by individual: A simple number next to the individual’s name indicates how many open requests are associated with that person, along with the total outstanding dollar amount.
  • Overdue payments are now marked in red, making pesky overdue requests easier to identify and act upon.
  • The new Recent Activity section details a user’s payment and request history since the last log-in for a quick view of what’s new.

In addition, in response to user comments and requests, now, there’s no need to page through entire payment histories when searching for one payment in particular. Instead, users can quickly search by the payer’s email on the Payments and All Activity pages, saving significant time tracking down those payments they can’t remember if they received or not.

We’re always listening to our customers and striving to improve their experience. What do you think of the new dashboard? Please share your feedback via the comment space below, on our Facebook page at facebook.com/IntuitPaymentNetwork, or tweet them to @IPNTeam.
