Attention QuickBooks Users – Intuit PaymentNetwork Feature Alert!
May 15, 2012 4 Comments
Did you know you can accept credit cards through Intuit PaymentNetwork in QuickBooks 2012*? You can elect to have customers pay by credit card or with their checking account. This feature can be turned on in QuickBooks 2012, and you can customize this feature to be for one invoice, specific customers, or all customers.
We hope these features will help you get paid faster. Try it out, and let us know what you think! We love hearing your feedback.
*This feature is only available in QuickBooks 2012. Users of earlier versions can turn on/off credit card acceptance by logging into their Intuit PaymentNetwork account under the Profile tab.

That’s really cool! BUT it still does not work with memorized transactions! I’ve been complaining about this for many months every since they introduced this feature for pay by bank account. Still does not work.
Thank you for your feedback crazy4rc. We’re happy you’re excited, and we are aware of your product request. The team is working to update QuickBooks to handle memorized transactions. We’ll be sure to announce this once it is available. Thank you again for your feedback!
I’m not sure if my issue is the same as crazy4rc, but I have been using Billing Solutions and can process invoices to credit cards we have on file for clients (and the invoice amounts vary each month). BUT with IPN it does not appear that we can process an invoice to a credit card on file within QuickBooks and that is one feature that I know would be needed for us to switch our credit card processing from Billing Solutions to IPN. Are you working on this feature?
With quick books you can highly get an assurance that your money is safe and guaranteed a=payments as well. It is also an effective method for any transaction.
