My paylink does not consistently work (https://ipn.intuit.com/pay/bca). Many times when it is clicked, the user is taken to a screen which states that all the information needed to process their payment is not available, and to contact the vendor. This has been a source of frustration for my customers. Note that they are NOT mistyping the link — they are simply clicking on the link that I have provided in the body of an email. I’ve tested it myself, and there is definitely a problem. Sometimes it works, and many times it does not.

Hello. I have been using Intuit PaymentNetwork for over a year and have generally been happy with the service despite a few intermittent technical issues. However, over the past few months, my payment processing needs have changed and I am wondering if PaymentNetwork is planning to add new features that will address these needs? Specifically, I need the ability to deposit CHECK payments electronically (by scanning the checks or taking a photo with a smartphone); I need to be able to SWIPE credit cards; and I need to be able to process AMEX and DISCOVER credit cards (and preferably other brands, too) without having to pay more than it costs to process Mastercard or Visa transactions. It is easy enough to find various companies to individually perform each of these services, but then there is the hassle and frustration of dealing with multiple companies, and this translates into increased overhead costs for my business. Frankly, I would prefer to keep all my business with PaymentNetwork, as we have a good history together, and it is simpler to have all transactions processed under one roof. I know my request may be a lot to ask, but all the features I am seeking are already available through the new Paypal Here service that launched this year. I am hoping PaymentNetwork will expand its features so that a move to Paypal Here is less tempting, as I really need the features but not the uncertainty of dealing with a different payment processor. Thank you for your consideration!
